We just want to come and see the resort without doing any activities - is this possible?

Accepted Answer

No. You must book in advance regardless of whether or not you will do activities. We do not allow visitors without bookings.

How do we book?

Click 'Book Now' at the top of the website. Please complete the form using the link provided. Once you have completed the reservation form, a 50% non-refundable deposit must be paid by bKash (100% advance for half-day packages). These details will be available after completing the form.

Question 3

Can we bring food from outside and picnic?

No. Lunch will be provided by us for day packages. For half-day packages, you will not be able to bring food from outside - you must book the day packages.

Is there a restaurant/cafe?

We do not currently have a restaurant or cafe. For visitors, we arrange a standard set menu in advance of the booking.

Is there an age limit for the activities?

The only activity with an age limit is pony riding. Our ponies are small, Bangladeshi ponies so we only allow children to ride them with parental permission. All other activities can be enjoyed by people of all ages!

How far in advance must we book?

You must book atleast 48 hours in advance. Bookings are subject to availability.

Can we cancel our booking?

Accepted Answer

At the time of booking, a 50% non-refundable deposit will be payable per person. If the guest does not show up or wishes to cancel within 5 days of the booking date, this will not be returned. If you cancel atleast 5 days before, it may be possible to refund.

Is there a discount available?

We can offer discounts for large, corporate groups of 40 or more.

Is it safe to travel to?

We are a family-run centre so we care about safety a lot, especially when it comes to females. We encourage guests to travel during the day-time (especially from outside of Sylhet). If coming by plane, we may be able to arrange airport pick-up subject to availability and an additional charge. Our farm itself is taken care of by night-guards and security dogs.

We want to book accommodation without activities. Is this possible?

Accepted Answer

No. Our booking rates will remain the same regardless of whether you partake in activities or not.
